Remodels
Lake Samish Remodel 2014 Complete gut, addition and rebuild of this classic homeowner built star of the 60s. A stairwell addition allowed relocation of the stairs over to one side of the living room, freeing up the central floor area. The 2nd floor was pulled back into a loft configuration and the wood beams used as collar ties were replaced with much lower profile steel members to open up the interior, highlighting one of the unique features of A frames - the extremely high ceilings. The entire interior of the structure was sandblasted to remove a variety of color schemes and multiple layers of paint, and beautiful new finishes completed the makeover. Radiant heat, new lighting and wiring, new plumbing, cabinets, kitchen, bathrooms, windows and siding. Back to the Portfolio |
