Queen Anne, 8th Avenue W, 2001
Originally built in 1901, chopped into a triplex during the depression, then badly neglected for 25 years as a rental, this classic old house needed a complete resurrection. We completely imploded the interior, leaving the exterior shell. Starting from the foundation up, we essentially built a new house inside the shell, then restored it to its former grandeur as a single family house. Either original or period finishes were used, with tasteful updates and modern amenities added.
